Four Peaks Elementary After School Sports Program Registration

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Registration is now open for the Four Peaks Elementary After School Sports Program for the 2026–2027 school year! Registration will remain open until all available spots are filled. If you would like your child to participate, please complete the online registration and submit the $25 participation fee per sport as soon as possible to reserve their spot.

How to Register

Sports Seasons

🏀 Basketball: October–December (Quarter 2) Grades K-2  Tuesdays (Skills Training) & 3-5  Thursdays (Competitive)

⚽ Soccer: January–March (Quarter 3) Grades K-2 Tuesdays (Skills Training) & 3-5 Thursdays (Competitive)

🏐 Volleyball: March–May (Quarter 4)  3-5 (Competitive) Tuesdays & Thursdays

Families may register and pay for all sports at one time if they choose.

Practice Schedule

Practices will be held once each week from 3:35–4:45 p.m. at Four Peaks Elementary School. Parent are responisble for transportation pick up.

Game schedules will be shared with participating families once practices begin.

Please Note:

• Enrollment is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Parents will be notified through email about practices and sport communication.
• All participants must complete the required registration forms before participating.
• Program fees are non-refundable.
