Principal's Message

Hello Four Peaks Elementary Families,

Welcome to Four Peaks Elementary—home of the Roadrunners! I am truly honored and excited to serve as your principal and to be part of such a caring, dedicated, and vibrant school community. It is a privilege to partner with our students, families, staff, and community as we work together to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

At Four Peaks Elementary, we believe every child deserves to be known, valued, challenged, and celebrated. Our mission is to empower every student through literacy, character, positive relationships, and student-centered learning while fostering a safe and welcoming environment where every student feels they belong.

We are proud to offer exceptional learning opportunities, including our Dual Language Spanish Immersion Program, where students develop bilingualism, biliteracy, and cross-cultural understanding while achieving academic excellence in both English and Spanish. We also proudly offer GenTech Programming that provides all learners with enriching experiences designed to foster creativity, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

As an educator for more than 17 years in Apache Junction Unified School District, I have had the privilege of serving as an educator, Preschool Facilitator, Early Childhood Leader, and Director of Special Education. These experiences have strengthened my belief that the success of every child begins with strong relationships, high expectations, and a shared commitment between home and school.

As both a principal and a mother of two young boys, every decision I make is guided by one simple question: "Is this what I would want for my own children?" That perspective reminds me daily of the trust families place in our school and inspires me to ensure that every student receives the support, encouragement, and opportunities they deserve.

This year, our focus is centered on helping every Roadrunner succeed by strengthening literacy, fostering positive character and citizenship, promoting excellent attendance, increasing student engagement, and creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for future success. Together, we will celebrate achievements, embrace challenges, and continue building a school culture where students love coming to learn each day.

I believe that education is most successful when schools and families work together. My commitment is to maintain open communication, build meaningful relationships, listen to your ideas, celebrate our successes, and work collaboratively to support every student.
